Position: Sr. Contract Management Specialist
Location: Oshawa, ON (On-site)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$96.00 - $104.00 p/h inc. + HST

Deliverables
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, procedures, and standardized templates for contracts and procurement activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements across IT, construction, and general services engagements.
- Administer contracts throughout the full lifecycle from award to closeout, ensuring compliance, performance tracking, and documentation integrity.
- Manage claims, disputes, and resolution processes, including drafting settlement agreements and supporting negotiations.
Experience Required
- 1015 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain functions within large, complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement strategy, contract administration, and vendor management.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements across IT, construction, or services domains.
- Educational background in law, paralegal studies, contract management, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in public sector or large infrastructure environments considered an asset.
