Position: Change Analyst
Location: Oshawa, ON (4 days remote)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$68.00 - $74.00 p/h inc. + HST

Deliverables
- Develop high-impact presentations, visuals, and executive-ready materials to support strategic initiatives, stakeholder communications, and leadership meetings.
- Draft, edit, and refine technical and business content including strategy documents, reports, executive summaries, and internal communications materials.
- Translate complex technical or strategic information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging and branding standards.
- Support change management and internal communications initiatives through multimedia content, engagement tracking, and continuous improvement of communication effectiveness.
Experience Required
- 46 years of experience in business communications, technical writing, presentation development, or corporate communications within technology, consulting, or enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency developing executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint with strong visual storytelling and graphic design skills.
- Experience creating communications materials for senior leadership and facilitating clear messaging for complex technical or strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as SharePoint or WordPress and digital communication tools.
- Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business, technology, graphic design, or related field with strong writing, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
