Position: Business Modernization Program Manager
Location: Oshawa, ON (3 days remote)
Structure: Contract 36 months to start
Pay:$96.00 - $104.00 p/h inc. + HST

Deliverables
- Lead planning and execution of enterprise modernization programs across finance, supply chain, or operations and engineering functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Establish and manage program governance frameworks including decision rights, reporting structures, risk management, integrated controls, and standardized processes across modernization streams.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators to manage dependencies, drive integrated decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, adoption strategies, and change management initiatives while maintaining program performance across scope, cost, schedule, and value realization metrics.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale program delivery initiatives in matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives spanning finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, technology, and enterprise data or system transformations.
- Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive-level reporting for strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams, coordinate vendors and system integrators, and drive adoption through structured change management practices.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, information systems, or a related field with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
