What You'll Be Doing:
We're looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to support our Operations and Sales teams in managing HVAC projects efficiently. In this role, you will:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating HVAC projects from start to finish.
Work closely with project managers, estimators, and sales teams to ensure projects stay on track.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
Monitor project progress, update timelines, and report on key milestones.
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other project documents.
Review project specifications and coordinate material deliveries to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Identify potential risks or project delays and collaborate on solutions.
Assist with administrative tasks related to project management as required.

Who You Are:
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
A diploma or degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Some experience in project coordination, construction, HVAC, or a related industry is an asset but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Some familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with project management software is an asset.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
