What You'll Be Doing:
We're looking for a
Project Co-Ordinator
to support our Operations and Sales teams in managing HVAC projects efficiently. In this role, you will:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating HVAC projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and sales teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
- Monitor project progress, update timelines, and report on key milestones.
- Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other project documents.
- Review project specifications and coordinate material deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Identify potential risks or project delays and collaborate on solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project management as required.
Who You Are:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A diploma or degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Some experience in project coordination, construction, HVAC, or a related industry is an asset but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Some familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with project management software is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
