Must-Haves
- 2–5 years
IT Asset Management
experience - Strong hands-on experience with
ServiceNow SAMPro - Understanding of SAMPro tables and relationships with
CMDB - Experience identifying, maintaining, and governing software assets
- Governance experience:
- Asset inventory
- Attribute completion (ownership, lifecycle, EOL/EOS)
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Prior audit exposure where software asset data was provided to regulators
- Solid
IT knowledge
(infrastructure + end-user software) - Self-starter, able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- CMDB data analysis and reporting experience
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience aligning software asset management to
OSFI requirements (Std 31) – huge plus - Certifications:
- CSAM
- ITAM
- SAMPro
- Audit / compliance certifications
