SNIPS Landscape is looking for a highly organized, adaptable Administrative Support Coordinator to support our leadership team and help keep our fast-moving operation running smoothly.
This role will begin part-time with an immediate focus on supporting the team during an upcoming leave, but we are ultimately looking for the right long-term fit. For the right person, there is strong potential for increased hours and expanded responsibility over time.
This is a high-trust role for someone who thrives on variety, can shift gears quickly, and enjoys being the person who quietly makes everything run better behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and organizing shared inboxes
- Calendar and schedule coordination
- Supporting leadership with day-to-day administrative needs
- Professional client communication (phone and email)
- Assisting with job coordination and internal paperwork
- Data entry, document management, and light administrative accounting support
- Tracking follow-ups and keeping projects moving
- Helping identify and remove operational bottlenecks
- Stepping in wherever needed to support the team

Strong assets (not all required):
- Administrative or executive support experience
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping familiarity
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or trades environments
- Small business operations exposure
- Scheduling or dispatch coordination experience
