Langendoen Electric Inc. is a respected electrical contractor specializing in greenhouse installations, automation, computer control systems, Javo pot filling and material handling equipment. We partner with greenhouse operators to increase production, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs through innovative electrical and control solutions.
We are looking for a high-performing outside sales professional who knows how to prospect, build trust with business owners, and close profitable deals.

What You'll Own
- Proactively develop and grow a defined sales territory within the greenhouse sector
- Prospect and secure new accounts, particularly family-owned greenhouse operations
- Sell Javo greenhouse machinery, automation systems, and computer control solutions
- Lead on-site meetings, needs assessments, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with confidence
- Close deals that deliver measurable ROI to customers
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit or exceed targets
What We Expect
- Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets
- Experience in greenhouse equipment, agricultural machinery, automation, or technical sales strongly preferred
- Confidence speaking with owners and decision-makers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-driven, competitive, and accountable
- Ontario G Driver's License (required)
- Ability to commute to Vineland Station and travel throughout the region and Canada
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
- Commission structure
- Negotiated performance bonus
- Benefits negotiated as part of overall package
