FLINT is seeking two Superintendent, 1 Night shift & 1 Day shift for a project-based role in Empress, Alberta starting late June 2026 through October 2026. The scope includes heavy rigging mechanical and piping work, critical lifts, and pre-planning, with primarily bolt-up piping and limited onsite welding. This position follows a 12 & 2 rotation with 10-hour days and offers a $165/day LOA.

What would you be doing? 

• Provide supervision to multiple crews and services. 
• Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met. 
• Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements. 
• Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,  
• Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

• Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites. 
• Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.  
• A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset.  
• Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew. 
• Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).  
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. 

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
