Ace Acumen Heights high school is fully inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education. The courses we offer derive from the curriculum set by the Ontario Ministry of Education, and our students work towards their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) in order to continue their academic careers at a post-secondary school of their choice.

Ace Acumen Heights is seeking a professional who will be responsible for student recruitment in the Latin American Countries of North / Central America, Caribbean, and South America, analyzing and evaluating international student applications and supporting documents to determine equivalencies and admissions eligibility of students to our secondary and ESL programs.
This position is expected to work on-site at the high school's campus; it is NOT a remote job. Candidates with suitable experience that may be out of country will also be considered; no relocation compensation is offered from the employer.
This role requires time in the field making presentations and developing relationships, in addition to social networking recruitment activities, and follow-up with candidate students.
The successful candidate MUST POSSESS FLUENT LANGUAGE SKILLS in relation to regions listed above. Asset Languages:
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Creoles and pidgins, Portuguese-based
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accomplish the specified and mandatory goal(s), metrics, and enrolment numbers
- Provide information regarding programs, application status, and program eligibility to applicants
- Research and report updates of overseas and domestic education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan
- Communicate through various channels with oversea business partners to develop and maintain international recruitment partnerships
- Manage agency contacts and assist with agent requests
- Ensure complete documentation collection, confidentiality of all information, and secure storage of data in a timely manner
- Assist with student attendance rates on a daily basis and ensure high quality student control
- Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs and other marketing events
- Promote ESL, and School programs in markets listed above
- Collect feedback and remain in communication with international students and agents to update them about school news and events
- Update school news on website and social media on a daily basis
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in a related field (e.g.: sales/marketing, business, project development/management, etc.) from a publicly accredited institution is mandatory
- Knowledge of educational systems and international secondary & post-secondary curriculums of other countries is an asset
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant educational recruitment / admissions / enrolment work experience; experience in an educational, multicultural, and/or international setting
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365
- Excellence in verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellence in organizational, time management skills and the ability to meet metrics within set timelines
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and Creoles and pidgins, Portuguese-base languages, in addition to English, is mandatory
- Experience and knowledge in the secondary level educational systems within the Latin America Countries within North / Central America, Caribbean, and South America is an asset
