As a Store Manager, you will cultivate a sense of ownership and accountability to the overall operation and success of your store. Your role is critical in ensuring our long and short-term strategies in maximizing our sales, profitability and growth. You are also responsible for giving direction, leading and managing your store according to our company values and culture.

In this role, you will have to be decisive, manage with integrity, and stay calm during challenging times. You will be required to build trust with your team, lead by example, value creative differences and handle conflict effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and Modern Beauty’s “Never Say No” service approach.
  • Communicate regularly with the District Manager on performance, staffing, and customer feedback.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, and store presentation standards.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively and maintain fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and multi-unit management experience in retail or beauty industry.

  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, and loss prevention practices.
