Responsibilities
This is a diverse opportunity to combine your proven success in relationship fundraising and your experience creating strategic and innovative fundraising campaigns.
In this multi-faceted role you will drive significant financial growth by cultivating and managing one-on-one relationships with high-net-worth donors, securing major gifts and multi-year commitments that directly support MSF's humanitarian work.
You will also have the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of innovative philanthropy campaigns, from global emergency appeals to bespoke donor experiences, shaping strategy and donor engagement plans while collaborating with communications, marketing, and international teams to guide campaign materials, embed efficient processes, and implement best practices that enhance donor engagement.
Through your creativity, and relationship-building skills, you will inspire donors, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.
