Sales Specialist
for their facility.
Pay
- $60 - $90K
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing products, processes, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license (if travel to client sites is required).
