Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee day-to-day material flow, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in the KWC region.
Pay - $70-$90K
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and line-side delivery
- Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and Just-In-Time (JIT) requirements
- Lead and support logistics associates, forklift operators, and material handlers
- Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and storage optimization
- Collaborate with production, planning, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve material shortages
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality systems, and company policies
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and freight costs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of logistics or materials experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive supply chain processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Automotive manufacturing facility
- May require shift work, weekends, and overtime as needed
