As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and continued growth with Aritzia.
THE ROLES
- Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
- Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
- Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment
As a Style Advisor, you will:
- Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise
- Create meaningful, memorable experiences
- Build personalized connections to enhance client loyalty
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Welcome clients and direct them appropriately
- Prepare products and process transactions efficiently
- Package products for an elevated experience
- Support operations at the Service Counter
As an Inventory Associate, you will:
- Process shipments accurately and efficiently
- Strategically place products and uphold display standards
- Support cross-channel shopping experiences and retail operations
As a Merchandiser, you will:
- Process shipments and place products on the sales floor
- Translate product stories and validate display standards
- Support seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

THE COMPENSATION
