We are currently looking for a Project Managerto produce the weekly payroll and all related tax documentation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that site coordinators and supervisors strictly follow health and safety regulations
Stay up to date with applicable regulations
Develop a functional budget for each project
Ensure projects are completed within budget by monitoring associated costs, intervening when necessary, and implementing cost-reduction measures as needed
Ensure projects are completed on schedule by tracking timelines and allocating the necessary resources to meet project milestones, while complying with labor standards and respecting employee rights
Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements
Implement quality control measures when applicable
Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
Identify and pursue opportunities for new clients

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in project management
Strong planning and organizational skills
Autonomy and resourcefulness
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of basic computer software
College diploma and/or relevant experience
2–5 years of experience in a similar role
