We are seeking an experienced Ontario Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing targeted opportunities across Ontario. This role focuses on expanding market share, strengthening existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the provincial market.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities across Ontario
Drive growth within existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Effectively position and communicate the features, benefits, and value of products to customers and prospects
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and stakeholders across Ontario
Lead and coordinate sales efforts within the province, including collaboration with internal teams and support functions
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, contract management, and closing
Monitor performance against sales targets and ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded
Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and customer-focused value propositions
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and regional networking opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:
5–7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a regional or provincial scope
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing key accounts
Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies within a defined territory
Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, sales cycle management, negotiation, and closing
Solid understanding of Ontario market dynamics and customer needs
Advanced negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
Results-driven with a strong passion for sales and customer value creation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and effectively
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel within Ontario (approximately 40–50%)
