Are you a night owl who enjoys working in an unpredictable environment where initiative is an undeniable asset? We're looking for an autonomous Night Auditor with an open and empathetic attitude, who will be responsible for guest arrivals and departures, as well as recording the day's transactions and always being ready to respond to an urgent situation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including: reconciling deposits, resolving account chargebacks and producing reports.
- Ensure the security of the premises during the night, which means knowing how to make important decisions in the event of an emergency.
- Check-in and check-out guests, verify and detail them, and ensure that internal activities run smoothly, so that communication with the next morning's work team and colleagues in other departments always runs smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Hotel or accounting background, an asset
- Night Auditor experience, an asset
- Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally
- Autonomy, sense of organization, responsibility, and initiative - essential
- Fluid oral and written communication
