The Opportunity


Synaptive is looking for a creative, curious, and highly motivated Marketing & Content Creator Intern to join our Marketing Communications team for Summer 2026. You will work on real projects that support global product launches, international neurosurgery conferences, and the storytelling behind breakthrough healthcare technology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare innovation, loves learning, and enjoys translating complex ideas into compelling content.


If you are the kind of person who asks questions, generates ideas, and enjoys writing, design, or storytelling, this role will give you valuable experience inside a fast‑growing global MedTech company.


What You’ll Work On


You will collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to help bring Synaptive’s story and brand to life.



  • Creating content for digital platforms including website updates, articles, and social media

  • Helping develop marketing materials used by our global sales team

  • Assisting with storytelling around new technologies, clinical research, and innovation

  • Contributing creative ideas for campaigns, content, and brand storytelling

  • Supporting conference and event preparation for major neurosurgery meetings

  • Helping coordinate marketing projects and maintain marketing assets

  • Conducting research on healthcare technology trends and competitive positioning

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams across the company


You’ll gain exposure to how a global MedTech company communicates innovation, builds brand authority, and supports surgeons and hospitals worldwide.

  • Someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear and engaging content


Skills



  • Graphic design or visual storytelling

  • Photography or video editing

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar creative platforms


Requirements



  • Currently enrolled in an Ontario university or college program

  • Studying marketing, communications, humanities, journalism, business, design, science, or a related field

  • Returning to school after the internship

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
