Data Center / Linux Administrators

Top Required Skills
- Strong experience in
Linux Administration - Hands-on experience working in
Data Center Labs - Physically capable of lifting up to ~50 lbs and standing for extended hours
Key Responsibilities
- Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision servers
- Rack, cable, and deploy
Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment - Install operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Unix)
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance
- Resolve hardware-related tickets professionally and efficiently
- Understand and manage port mapping and cable types beyond basic cabling
- Work on ladders and in active data center environments
- Travel as required
Preferred Skills
- Rack & stack experience including cabling, configuration, setup, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of RAID levels
- Web server and database installation experience
- Experience deploying Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment
