What You’ll Do (The Work That Keeps Lawns Thriving)
You’ll be the go-to person keeping lawns healthy, green, and thriving.
Production Work
• Apply fertilizers, lime, kelp extract, weed control, liquid aeration, and pest control treatments (safely + efficiently)
• Operate company vehicles, spreaders, and spray equipment — safety-first always
• Complete service visits following Nutri-Lawn standards
• Diagnose lawn issues using training + basic horticulture knowledge
• Recommend solutions that actually make a difference
• Jump in with other tasks as needed to help the team win the day
Customer Engagement (Be the Friendly Lawn Expert)
You’re not just treating lawns — you’re helping customers understand how to keep them healthy.
• Assess lawn needs and offer helpful, informed recommendations
• Educate customers on best lawn care practices
• Suggest additional services when they genuinely benefit the customer
• Build trust with clear, friendly communication
• Text customers when you’re on your way (we respect people’s schedules)
• Submit TAP (Trusted Advisor Program) leads to support the company’s growth
• Handle questions + concerns professionally and follow up when needed
• Send “on-my-way” notifications after arrival
• Communicate ETAs, delays, job completion, and recommendations through approved channels

What You Need
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• No lawn care experience — seriously, we train you
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Physically able to handle bending, kneeling, digging, crouching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and long periods on your feet
• Seasonal availability (spring → fall)

Compensation: $19 - $21 + commission
