Responsibilities



  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA, to ensure project alignment and progress.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.

  • Provide regular updates to management on project status, highlighting any issues or risks.

  • Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance activities by coordinating testing schedules and tracking defect resolution.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and document project risks and issues, working with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.

  • Escalate critical issues to management as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management within an IT or software development environment.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product modeling processes.

  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello).

  • Familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, .NET) is a plus.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
