Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Instructor role based in Toronto, ON. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Level 3 Life Science course lessons to students, preparing course materials, developing and implementing academic strategies, and providing guidance to enhance students' academic and professional performance. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and staying updated with best teaching practices and curriculum standards to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science Major, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification or a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Strong teaching and lesson planning skills with the ability to deliver engaging educational content.
- Proficiency in training methods and techniques, including Corporate and English Language Training expertise.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support and guide students of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in academic counseling and student placement is a plus..
- Ability to work occasionally on-site in Toronto, ON, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
