Informatica Developer - PowerCenter, BDM
Job Description
Qualifications
- Requires knowledge of Informatica (Designer, workflow Manager, Monitor).
- Knowledge of Oracle Database (SQL, PLSQL).
- At least 4 years hands‑on experience on BDM.
- Knowledge of working on Hadoop systems (Hive and Impala).
- Knowledge of developing Mappings, Mapplets, Sessions, Worklets, Workflows.
- Knowledge of developing Mappings involving slowly changing Dimensions Type 1, Type 2, Type 3.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Good performance tunings experience both on ETL components and Database level.
- Need to have Data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Experience in two complete SDLC of a project using Informatica.
- Experience in Unix.
- Knowledge of Teradata database, PostgreSQL utilities.
- Nice to have experience on IDR.
- Should be able to independently manage discussions with Business Analyst and Senior System Analyst.
