About the Role:
As a babysitter with Kiid, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and organizing fun, age-appropriate activities that support each child's development and well-being.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children in your care
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's happiness and progress
- Respect family routines, values, and maintain confidentiality
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong references and communication skills
- A genuine love for children and a desire to make a difference
- Reliability, flexibility, and strong time management
