Job Overview

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Functional Analyst specializing in the SAP S/4HANA RISE platform and Fiori to support our post-go-live operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing functionalities within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of the EAM module and drive continuous improvement in asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post-Go Live Support: Provide ongoing support, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the system.
• User Training & Guidance: Assist end-users in understanding processes. providing training and documentation as necessary to facilitate effective use of the system.
• System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations, collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve system-related issues. coordinating with IT and technical teams as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and update documentation related to processes, system configurations, and support procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to support the integration of S/4 with other SAP modules and business processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track system performance metrics and support data driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst. with a focus in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori, preferably in a post-go-live support capacity. Strong understanding of processes, including:
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Knowledge of asset planning, acquisition, operation, maintenance, and retirement processes.
• Preventive Maintenance: Experience in setting up and managing preventive maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Work Order Management: Familiarity with work order creation, processing, and reporting.
• Inventory Management: Understanding of spare parts management and integration with inventory systems.
• Condition Monitoring: Ability to implement and support condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP RISE modules. including configuration and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. SAP certification in EAM or related modules is a plus.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with integration between SAP modules (e.g., ECC, RISE, MM, PS). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to asset management.
