Seasonal Stock Associate (Back of House)

This position is a Seasonal Stock Associate role based primarily in the back of house (BOH). While there may be occasional customer interaction, the main responsibility is supporting store operations through stock management, organization, and inventory flow to ensure the sales floor is fully replenished and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming merchandise in the back of house
• Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor as needed
• Support visual merchandising, floor sets, and product launches
• Assist with inventory counts and stock accuracy
• Follow all loss prevention policies and procedures
• Support store management with operational and housekeeping tasks
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

While this is primarily a back-of-house role, all team members contribute to a positive store environment and may assist customers when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous retail or stock experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to receive and implement feedback

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to lift, move, and carry product up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders/step stools, and stand for extended periods
• Constant movement including walking, lifting, reaching, and organizing merchandise

Pay Range: $17.60/hour
