Job DescriptionFLINT is seeking a Foreperson with a minimum of 5 years' industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory experience, for a permanent role in Conklin/Christina Lake, Alberta starting March 17, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 per week travel pay, truck rate and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance, O&G, or heavy industrial environments.
- Previous experience leading crews in maintenance or turnaround settings.
- Journeyperson trade certification strongly preferred.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- H2S Alive
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
- Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
