As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our Toronto-based team. This individual will be responsible for creating detailed electrical building information modeling (BIM) models using Revit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and comprehensive electrical BIM models from engineers' plans and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model consistency and accuracy
- Participate in technical meetings to discuss project requirements and coordinate efforts
- Maintain compliance with industry standards for file management and data integrity
- Identify potential errors or inconsistencies in drawings and propose effective solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Requirements: We require an individual with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, as well as experience working on complex projects involving multiple disciplines.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, load calculations,
u00a0and safety protocols.A minimum of two years of direct experience in electrical BIM modeling is also essential.
