This critical role enhances construction and rehabilitation activities while adhering to client expectations and standards. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in contract administration, ensuring compliance during all construction phases. Key responsibilities include managing change requests, preparing progress payments, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications throughout projects
• Act as owner’s representative during construction activities
• Prepare monthly progress payment certificates
• Review contractor submissions and respond to RFIs
• Conduct pre-construction and pre-paving meetings

Requirements:
• P.Eng or C.E.T. designation
• Minimum 7 years of contract administration experience
• Knowledge of OPSD/OPSS standards
• Proficient with Builterra platform
• Strong communication and coordination skills
