Your New Role

As the
DATA Analytics Manager (Workforce)
, you will leverage deep expertise in data sciences and data engineering to drive efficiency, optimize operational performance, and elevate decision‑making across the organization. With strong storytelling capabilities, you will present and translate complex insights to senior leaders. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing a high‑performing analytics team, fostering innovation, and advancing strategic workforce initiatives.

Data Strategy and Execution

  • Drive the development of advanced analytics to optimize workforce operations.
  • Implement modern data engineering practices to streamline data workflows.
  • Build dashboards that visualize operational performance and key business metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership in a compelling, easy-to-understand format.
  • Lead workshops that communicate data insights, strategy, and opportunities for improvement.

Talent Development

  • Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering an innovative, growth-oriented team culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear developmental goals.
  • Organize team‑building initiatives to enhance collaboration and engagement.

Innovation and Efficiency

  • Identify and integrate new technology stacks to enhance data processing and analytical capabilities.
  • Evaluate and incorporate predictive analytics models into operational workflows.
  • Stay current with industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of workforce analytics.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
