Overview
We are O's Hot Doughnuts where tasty fresh hot doughnuts are made located in Markham. We're looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as a customer service rep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow recipes for doughnut dipping sauces, mix and fry doughnuts, and add toping and glaze.
- Prepare or packing beverages such as coffee, sodas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Process payments accurately all types of transaction.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and replenishing stock supplies.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including prepping, cleaning, and securing the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, kitchen, and dining area.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and ensure all food handling processes are followed.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior food service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality food and service.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
