Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in the Los Angeles area with pay starting at $125K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using specialized software
- Ensure that all construction projects meet building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work closely with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience working as an Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
