- We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community.
- The Team Lead duties include, but are not limited to:
- Delighting guests with friendly and caring customer service representative of the A&W brand
- Working as a team with co-workers to deliver outstanding guest experience and achieve service times
- Spending a reasonable amount each shift on the floor assisting and working with employees
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Following food safety regulations and maintaining sanitation, health, orderly and clean eating and dining areas, as well as other facilities utilized by guests
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors
Job Requirements
- Some Restaurant Supervision experience (at least 6 months)
- Food handling certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- Leader and a team player
- Basic English language skills
