Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Crew Lead role based in Kelowna, BC. The Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring team efficiency while delivering high-quality services. Key responsibilities include supervising and motivating team members, coordinating schedules, managing project-specific tasks, and ensuring workplace safety standards are met. The role demands strong leadership and problem-solving skills to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
