Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer malfunctions, from minor configuration errors to full hardware or OS replacements.
• Repair and maintain computer peripherals, including input and output devices.
• Inspect, test, and evaluate hardware and electronic components for quality and compliance.
• Rebuild, configure, and assemble computers to meet customer specifications with updated software.
• Perform laptop diagnostics, testing, and assembly with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use precision tools and instruments for repair and quality verification.
• Follow and improve best practices, policies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Advanced Skytech Canada Ltd. standards.
• Support additional operational tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

· Must have the basic knowledge of computers

· Must be able to use Excel

· Ability to learn ERP software

· Physically fit to lift 20lb-30lb

· Fluent in Chinese and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
