Established in 2007, QuartzCo is a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry. With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, QuartzCo is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario market.

We measure, fabricate and install stone countertops, fireplaces, showers, wall cladding and other applications for residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for an experienced commercial project manager to join our team. Brief summary of the role: To streamline communication between the company and commercial clients acting as the main point of contact. Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing the schedule of material orders, measures, fabrication dates and installation mobilizations. Working with accounting you will be responsible for all invoice submissions related to job.

Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Direct daily communication with measure team, installers and client on all commercial projects – handling urgent calls, emails and messages

  • Template and install scheduling

  • Management of constantly changing and evolving construction schedules

  • Inputting and submitting orders, ensuring they are processed accurately

  • Administrative duties including project invoice submission

  • Organization within the team and other departments internally, ensure all departments receive necessary information on schedule

  • Problem solving, handling job issues in a timely manner

  • Promoting customer satisfaction

  • Defining problems with process and suggesting/implementing solutions to increase effectiveness

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent written and spoken Communication Skills

  • Ability to multitask and wok in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and AutoCAD a benefit

  • Proficiency reading architectural drawings, CAD drawings and blueprints

  • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem solving

  • Comfortable communicating with customers, end users and internal departments

  • Own a vehicle as some travel to job sites is expected

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
