Established in 2007, QuartzCo is a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry. With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, QuartzCo is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario market.
We measure, fabricate and install stone countertops, fireplaces, showers and other applications for residential and commercial customers.
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Brief summary of the role: To streamline communication between the company and specified accounts as the main point of contact. Responsibilities include handling all areas of jobs from start to finish, managing schedules and objectives, problem solving and maintaining active communication within the team internally.
Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to:
- Direct communication with assigned accounts – handling calls, emails and messages
- Supporting outside sales
- Quoting
- Coordinating, communicating Template and install scheduling
- Inputting, Preparing and submitting orders, ensuring they are processed accurately
- Administrative duties
- Organization within the team and other departments internally
- Problem solving, handling job issues in a timely manner
- Promoting customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses
- Defining problems with process and suggesting / implementing solutions to increase effectiveness
- Updating spreadsheets & job tracking
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and organized
Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above
Proficiency in Microsoft office and AutoCAD
Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem solving
Ability communicating effectively with customers and team members
Clear background verification conducted by the QuartzCo
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
