The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting customer relationships and driving sales performance within the organization's utility and industrial markets.
This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers—particularly French-speaking clients—providing product expertise, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders.

Responsibilities
Customer Support & Sales Execution
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical information, product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and services
- Provide accurate quotations and sales information to customers in a timely manner
- Convert prospects into customers and identify opportunities to upgrade or upsell customer requirements
- Perform diligent follow-up on outstanding quotes and customer issues to drive successful outcomes
- Manage multiple customer accounts and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal team members
- Support outside sales representatives with orders, inventory checks, and quotations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact information within the company CRM/database
- Utilize company databases and vendor portals to obtain pricing and product information
- Troubleshoot and expedite orders while identifying alternate solutions when required
- Liaise closely with Operations, Purchasing, Shipping, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Contribute to the improvement and implementation of internal processes and procedures
- Share product knowledge with colleagues and collaborate across departments
- Develop strong working relationships with Operations, Purchasing, and Shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Experience
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the power utility, electrical products, or industrial distribution sector
- Experience working with technical products or electrical equipment is highly preferred
