Hamilton Iron Ltd. is locally owned. We are a COR certified company who holds high standards for all that we do. We are currently accepting resumes for a part time Administrative Assistant.


RESPONSIBILITES



  • Greet and assist customers & associates, in person, by phone, or by email

  • Maintain flow of information

  • Update forms and project administration information

  • Various administrative and office clerical tasks


REQUIREMENTS



  • Efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Working knowledge with QuickBooks

  • Able to multitask with good time management

  • Organized and able to work independently
