Job Description

Summary

Bookkeeper is responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping for the various companies of Enhanced Care.

Responsibilities

  • A/P, A/R, payroll, bank accounts reconciliation, government remittances, and preparation of month end and year end files
  • Collaborate with Clinic Managers/Supervisors to improve efficiency and achieve cost-saving
  • Provide ad hoc reports and assistant to Managing Director of Operations
  • Billing Submission

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting/bookkeeping
  • Experience in Sage 50 is an asset
  • Experience in health care accounting is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required
  • Education in Accounting required, pursuit to professional designation is an asset
