Role Overview
The Account Manager serves as the strategic lead and primary relationship owner for assigned key accounts. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening long-term partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across all client initiatives. The position requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to proactively identify growth opportunities while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for all account-related matters and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing portfolios.
- Oversee the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, including order processing, production coordination, invoicing, fulfillment tracking, and issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, accounting, production, product development, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Drive project management for product development initiatives, sample approvals, and production runs, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor sales performance, P&L impact, inventory levels, production schedules, and marketing initiatives to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation to support revenue tracking and operational planning.
- Address escalated client concerns and quality issues, coordinating timely corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing commercial roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex accounts and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
