Job Description

This isn't a desk job. It's a hands-on opportunity to lead crews, execute proven systems, and build real ownership-level upside.

We're looking for an Operating Partner who is willing to be hands-on in the business, leading from the field while owning results. This role is for someone who wants to run a business, not just manage tasks — executing proven systems, delivering great work, and building a team while creating meaningful financial upside.
You'll operate inside a model that has been refined over decades, with established sales, operations, and training systems already in place. You won't be guessing what to do — you'll be executing, improving, and leading by example.

What This Role Is
This is not a corporate management role and not a lone-operator job.
As an Operating Partner, you will:
Be on jobsites delivering service alongside your team
Lead crews in the field while maintaining quality and efficiency
Own performance, profitability, and customer experience
Execute proven systems for sales, operations, and training
You are both operator and leader — responsible for doing the work and building the business.

What You'll Be Doing
Performing field work and service delivery to company standards
Leading crews on-site and setting the execution standard
Training and coaching team members through real-world work
Executing established sales and production systems
Managing schedules, job quality, and customer communication
Tracking daily and weekly performance metrics
Identifying inefficiencies and improving execution

Training, Systems & Support
You won't be figuring this out alone.
You'll receive:
Hands-on onboarding and field training
Proven operating systems refined over decades
Ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Sales, operations, and leadership playbooks
Clear scorecards to measure success
This role is designed to develop you into a high-performing operator and business leader.

Who This Is For
This role is a strong fit if you:
Are comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Take pride in execution and quality work
Want ownership-level responsibility without starting from scratch
Are coachable and open to feedback
Think in terms of systems, efficiency, and improvement
Prior industry experience is an asset, but work ethic, leadership, and coachability matter most.

Compensation & Upside
Performance-based compensation tied to results
Profit-share or incentive upside based on business performance
Clear growth path as the operation scales
Your earnings grow as your operation improves.

Why This Role Is Different
Most field leadership roles cap your upside or overload you without support.
This role offers:
Proven systems instead of guesswork
Hands-on leadership with real authority
Clear expectations and scorecards
Financial upside tied to execution and growth

Why Apply
Run a business while staying hands-on in the field
Learn proven systems for sales, operations, and leadership
Build a team and reputation through example
Earn more by executing better — not just working more
Grow into larger ownership or leadership opportunities
