Logikor is hiring a Web Application Support Specialist to own and support key web applications used by our teams and customers. You'll be the first person users turn to—and the voice that helps improve how our applications actually work.
Job Duties
- Own and master assigned web applications—features, workflows, and integrations
- Provide Tier 1 support: how‑to questions, navigation help, and basic troubleshooting
- Reproduce issues, document clearly, and escalate to Tier 2/3 when needed
- Create and maintain KB articles, FAQs, and quick user guides
- Spot recurring issues and suggest UX, training, or process improvements
- Support onboarding, training, and post‑release testing
- Ensure access and usage meet security and compliance standards
- Partner with IT, Operations, and Super Users to improve the user experience
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in application support, help desk, or customer service
- Strong ability to learn web applications quickly and independently
- Clear communicator with solid problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools (preferred)
- Comfortable creating documentation, screenshots, or short demos
- Experience supporting SaaS or in‑house applications
- Logistics or supply chain experience is a plus
- Interest in automation or process improvement is a bonus
