We are seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy individual to join our Service team in a Warranty Administrator role. What you’ll focus on

In this role, you will support the Service Department by accurately entering and maintaining warranty information in dealership systems. This is a data-entry-focused position, working closely with internal teams to ensure warranty information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.


Responsibilities

  • Process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to manufacturers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for warranty work and claims.
  • Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure proper warranty documentation and parts management.
  • Monitor compliance with manufacturer standards and assist with reporting and audits.

What We’re Looking For

  • No prior warranty or automotive experience required
  • Strong data entry, computer, and keyboarding skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-store environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
