**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
This position involves general warehouse duties, including picking and putting away items, receiving shipments, and possibly operating equipment. The role primarily requires manually loading, unloading, and picking orders, with occasional use of Microsoft Windows and the AS400 documentation system. You will handle approximately 100 orders daily, lifting items up to 40-50 lbs occasionally, but mostly dealing with smaller parts. Heavy items will be managed using dollies and other equipment.
**Responsibilities**
Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, putting away items, and receiving shipments.
Execute paper picks and enter data into the AS400 documentation system.
Manually load, unload, and pick orders throughout the warehouse.
Operate equipment if experienced with reach operations.
Lift and handle items weighing 40-50 lbs occasionally, primarily handling smaller parts.
Use dollies and equipment for heavy lifting.
Manage approximately 100 customer orders daily.
**Essential Skills**
At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
Experience in general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, sorting, and packing.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Experience with dockstocker or power pallet equipment.
Basic computer skills.
Familiarity with Sintax or similar systems.
Experience in a plumbing warehouse environment is a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a store-front warehouse attached to a customer area without separation, but customer interaction is not required. The warehouse handles both large and small products. The culture is positive, easy-going, and laid back, with a team size of six individuals including yourself. The dress code is casual with steel-toe footwear required. Working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm with flexible break arrangements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Calgary, AB.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
