The Opportunity:
The Traditional Decision-Making Supervisor (TDMS) will oversee the organization, develop and delivery of mediation sessions where traditional decision making and other dispute resolution services take place. The TDMS will also oversee, develop and assist in delivering training to ensure capacity building in the areas needed to realize the vision of implementing our CSFS Family Well Being Legislation.
- Perform a full range of supervisory duties including recruiting and training new mediators, providing consultation to staff, monitoring performance, developing staff learning objectives and setting and monitoring compliance practice standards.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of dispute resolution training for the Justice department.
- Identify training needs to ensure team members acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to work effectively within the multidisciplinary delivery teams.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Health Services, Mediation or related field.
- Two (2) years’ experience in management and/or leadership experience in a non-profit or service delivery organization.
- Two (2) years’ experience and/or training in mediation and/or other kinds of dispute resolution processes.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $46.914 to $57.717 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
