Job Title:

  • Territory Manager – Manitoba & Saskatchewan

Job Summary:

MedSupply Sales Group is seeking a Territory Manager to grow and support our mobility and complex rehab business across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with our trusted dealer network, expanding market presence, and driving sales across our full portfolio of mobility and rehab solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Present, promote, and sell MedSupply products and services to customers and dealer partners
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and performance outcomes
  • Conduct strategic territory planning based on market analysis and regional opportunities
  • Gather and communicate detailed insights on market needs and trends
  • Provide ongoing input to support product development and improvement
  • Manage existing markets, key accounts, and dealer relationships
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of the Manitoba and Saskatchewan mobility markets
  • Provide operational feedback to support future business growth
  • Uphold MedSupply Sales Group values, ethical business conduct, and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with customers, internal teams, and leadership
  • Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Kinesiology or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Complex Rehab or mobility equipment sales experience preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience working with mobility wheelchairs, seating, or complex rehab technology
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain a high level of communication internally and externally
  • Knowledge of the Canadian mobility market—particularly in Manitoba and Saskatchewan—is an asset

Working Relationships:

  • Reports directly to the Managing Partner
  • Requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams

Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional overnight travel within Manitoba and Saskatchewan
  • Ability to safely lift a wheelchair without assistance
  • Assist with setup of trade shows and exhibition displays
  • Frequent lifting up to 10 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
