The Client
A leader in financial services is looking for a Territory Manager for their office in Sudbury.
Base Salary: CAD $145,000 to $175,000 + Bonus
What you will achieve in this role
- Create and execute a customer relationship growth and retention strategy
- Provide a high level of customer service and build a long-term profitable loan portfolio.
- Manage a team of Account Managers in Northern Ontario and support their professional development.
- In collaboration with the team, meet and exceed objectives as defined by the organization.
- Reach out to local businesses, develop relationships and obtain referrals that lead to new opportunities.
- Manage pre-qualification activities and present proposals to credit risk and underwriting.
- Contribute to and be an active member of the leadership team.
What you must bring to this role
- 3+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Banking or 10+ years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Experience in mentoring and managing Account Managers.
- Skilled in building partnerships with businesses and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional at managing stakeholders in a collaborative work environment.
- Strong team player who creates lasting and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration in Accounting/Finance or any field.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
