Technical BSA
Toronto,ON - Hybrid
5+ experience in banking with Financial Crimes related experience strongly preferred
Databricks, Azure Fundamentals knowledge
Stakeholder Experience: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
Strong Technical Documentation: Document functional and non-functional requirements using standard methodologies (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
Create process maps, workflow diagrams, data models, use cases, user journeys, wireframes, and mockups where required.
Review test cases to ensure full coverage of requirements an assist in change management
Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.
